Booking during Full Moon Party period requires minimum of 7 nights.

Booking during Half Moon Party period requires minimum of 5 nights

Booking during Christmas and New Year requires minimum of 10 nights

We require a 50% deposit (low season from June,1st to Nov,30th) and 100% payment if on Full Moon Party Period and/or peak season (Dec.1st to May 31th) by credit card or bank wire transfer. (Please ask for our bank account details by email.)
