Terms & Conditions of Booking
  • Booking during Full Moon Party period requires minimum of 5 nights.
  • Booking during Half Moon Party period requires minimum of 3 nights
  • Booking during Peak Season requires minimum of 7 nights
  • We require a 50% deposit (low season from June,1st to Nov,30th)
    and 100% payment if on Full Moon Party Period and / or peak season
    (Dec.1st to May 31th) by credit card or bank wire transfer.
    (Please ask for our bank account details by email.)
